How far in advance should I place my order?

All of our event offerings begin at 50 coconuts. Because each order includes custom preparation, we recommend reserving your date several weeks ahead of time. Spring and summer events tend to book quickly, so planning early helps guarantee your spot.

Do you travel for events?

Local delivery is included with our packages. For events beyond our usual service area, a travel fee may apply. Share your event location with us, and we’ll confirm availability along with any additional travel details.

Do you require a deposit? What if my guest count changes?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. We understand guest counts can shift — just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments.

Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?

Yes, we provide custom quotes for large events, corporate activations, and brand experiences.
